4-29-2011 Update
At the regular meeting of the Pittsfield Charter Township Planning Commission held on April 21, 2011, action was taken on the Costco Warehouse Development Project.  The Commission recommended that the Pittsfield Township Board of Trustees approve Costco’s rezoning request (RZ-10-02), with conditions.

Construction on the Costco development is planned to begin in the late summer/early fall of 2011, with a tentative completion date of mid-summer, 2012.
